This 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am was refurbished under previous ownership and is refinished in black over black vinyl. Power is provided by a 400ci V8 linked with a three-speed automatic transmission and a Safe-T-Track limited-slip differential. Equipment includes removable t-top roof panels, a shaker hood, 15″ gold-finished snowflake wheels, power steering, a CD stereo, a CB radio, and air conditioning. This Firebird Trans Am was acquired by the selling dealer in 2025 and is now offered with PHS documents and a clean Texas title.
The car was finished at the factory in Starlight Black and refinished under previous ownership. Exterior details include Firebird hood graphics on the shaker hood as well as a front spoiler, removable t-top roof panels, a rear spoiler, a CB radio antenna, and painted mirror caps. The 15″ gold-finished snowflake wheels are mounted with 245/60 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The vehicle is equipped with power steering, and stopping power is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums .
The seating surfaces are trimmed in black vinyl, which extends to the door panels. Amenities include an engine-turned dash fascia, a full-length center console, air conditioning, a CB radio, a CD stereo, and a trunk-mounted Sony 10-disc changer. An air vent and the dashboard are cracked.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 100-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock, and a fuel-level gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 72k miles, approximately 50 of which were added under current ownership.
The 400ci V8 was factory equipped with a four-barrel carburetor and was rated at 180 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a Safe-T-Track limited-slip differential.
